Linda Buggy
Linda Buggy, M.S. has twenty years of domestic and
international experience in executive recruitment, assessment, executive
coaching, succession planning and leadership development. Her industry
experience includes financial services, consulting, entertainment/media,
technology and healthcare.
Linda's clients include pre-IPO, consulting
and major corporations located in the U.S., Europe and Latin America. She is
known for her creativity, tenacity and ability to present a diverse slate of
outstanding candidates. Prior to joining Garthwaite Partners International,
Linda worked in Europe and the U.S. and held human resource management positions
with JP Morgan Chase & Co., GlaxoSmithKline, American Home Products and
Unisys. As a keynote speaker, Linda has spoken on "Outrageous Futures",
"Developing the Global Manager", "Aiming for Peak Performance", "Creating
Successful Career Strategies" and "Action Centered
Leadership".
Additionally, Linda is the founder/director of "Outrageous
Futures" a women's leadership program and network. She has developed and
implemented mentoring programs for women managers in the U.S. and U.K. She has
taught career counseling and leadership courses at Fairfield University,
University of Bridgeport and the Young Leaders Conference at Oxford University
in the U.K.
Linda is a member of the International Association of Career
Management Professionals, Association for Psychological Type and the Women's
Global Business Alliance. She has a Masters degree in Counseling and Human
Resource Development from the University of Bridgeport and professional
credentials in Human Resource Management from the U.K.
